HONOLULU — Honolulu police say a motorcyclist died when his bike hit a curb and he was thrown off.
The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reports the crash occurred early Sunday morning in front of the Diamond Head Theatre.
Police say the 39-year-old man was driving south on Makapuu Avenue and struck a curb. He was taken in critical condition to a hospital, where he died.
Police say speed was a factor in the crash.
